How to complain about Starguo’s journalism, and how we handle it.

Starguo is committed to the highest editorial standards and takes complaints about its content seriously. We aim to resolve them fairly and quickly.

How to make a complaint

Please email [email protected] or write to The Editor, Social Spider Community Interest Company, The Mill, 7-11 Coppermill Lane, Walthamstow, London E17 7HA. Include the article’s title and date, the specific points you believe are inaccurate or unfair, and your contact details.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint within seven days and aim to provide a substantive response within 28 days. Where we have made a significant error, we will correct it promptly and with due prominence.

If you are not satisfied

If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may ask for it to be reviewed again at editorial level. For complaints about how we handle your personal data, you may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
